Learn what to expect during your first scalar energy healing session at Scalar Wellness Center in Idaho Falls—from how the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) works to what to bring for optimal relaxation and wellness results.
Before Your Session
Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled and relaxed.
Hydrate well before, during, and after your session. Bring a closed water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothing. The room is cool—light blankets are provided or bring your own with a pillow.
No street shoes in the energy room—please bring socks.
Phones allowed only in airplane mode with noise-canceling headphones for music or meditations.
Soft music may play. Prefer silence? Bring earplugs or headphones.
Dim lighting is used—feel free to bring an eye mask.
Avoid scented products, lotions, or oils.
In the EESystem™ Room
Enjoy your session in one of four recliner styles, including zero gravity chairs.
Phones must be off or in airplane mode. Step into reception if you need to use your device.
Keep voices low and movements gentle to respect others’ relaxation.
Restroom breaks are welcome—just re-enter quietly.
Stay hydrated before, during, and after for optimal healing.
Meditate, nap, or set healing intentions for best results in the scalar energy field.
After Your Session
Detox is a natural part of the healing process—so be prepared to support your body!
Drink lots of water to flush out toxins. Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of sea salt to boost hydration.
Eat clean. Whole, healthy foods and green tea can help your body detox gently.
Everyone responds differently. You may feel energized, calm, or experience mild detox symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, or a dull headache. These are temporary and usually ease with continued sessions.
Take a sea salt bath or foot soak within 24 hours to help draw out toxins and reduce symptoms.
